"We had a week-long family gathering for Mom's 92nd birthday - with 4 generations present. Clean and spacious, the villa accommodated all of us comfortably. The warm September weather allowed us to enjoy the pool, as well as the sauna. While a bit far from Rimini center, proximity to a couple nearby villages provided many local restaurant choices. And finally, Luca was quick and very attentive to our needs and questions."

"Das Haus ist sehr ansprechend und in einem TOP Zustand. Die Räume sind allesamt schön eingerichtet und es war nichts defekt. Besonders groß gestaltet sich die Terrasse, die von in der früh bis spät abends mit Sonne geflutet wird. Auch der Vorgarten ist riesig und gepflegt. Das "Ein bzw. Aus-Checken" hat problemlos geklappt. Der Vermieter war per WhatsApp gut erreichbar und das Interesse war groß, dass auch alles im Haus soweit passt. "The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped. It is in a quiet location but also very close (a few minutes walk) to great beaches. 15 mins walk to the centre of Lido Adriano and the shops. A short drive to the historic City of Ravenna. Pietro was very helpful and welcoming. I would thoroughly recommend this place to stay."
