Come to this charming waterfront 3600 sq ft home only minutes away from the sandy beach and don’t forget to dock your boat or wave runners in the back of the house . Take a dive in the in ground pool or relax in the hot tub with a drink , sunbathe on the terrace right off the master bedroom enjoy the lagoon with the 4 balconies all around the house .Kitchen on the first floor overlooking the lagoon. 3 bedrooms 3 and half baths can accommodate up to 10 guest and no need to worry about the stairs the house is equipped with an elevator . Master Bedroom has a king size bed, the other 2 bedrooms each have 2 queen size beds. Wheel chair friendly throughout the whole villa
