"Absolutely zero complaints about the property or the staff. The room was spacious, quiet and clean. The beds were quite comfortable and there was every other day housekeeping for fresh towels and trash removal. The only concern, and it was small but noteworthy, is how unprepared they were for an influx of guests. Our stay coincided with freshman orientation at a local university and the hotel was booked. It seems like an event they could have anticipated. Check in was at 3. We arrived at 5:30 and they still needed additional time to get our room ready. However, once we were finally able to check in it was smooth sailing."
