The Estate is your very own Waterway retreat with direct access to the Intercostal waterway, and access to your private boat launch ramp right into the intercostal waterway. Approx 1hr to Bird Island and 45 minutes to Murrells Inlet. Direct water access, minutes to shopping & the beach. The home comes with a pass to the state park which is also very close to the property.

There are two homes available to rent on the property. There is a 2nd home which is a very large 2 bedroom with a second kitchen and large dining and living space for larger groups who need the extra space.

The main home consists of a 4 bedroom 3 bath home with amazing views as it sits directly on the intercostal waterway right in the heart Myrtle Beach. Quiet and private with little neighbors surround the property. There is a large second guest house which consists of 2 bedroom apartment which may be available for additional nightly rate.

King Suite (The Orange Suite)

Guest Suite consisting of 2 full beds for 4 adults (The Green Suite)

Queen Suite which is the lower level livig suite which also double and has desk for any office needs.

Overall the guests will find a total luxury experience with not plenty of space to relax, but with all the comforts of home! We provide you with everything you need to make your stay an absolutely amazing experience! We provide Organic soaps, shampoos, lotions, and cleaners throughout the home. We have a community Spice rack, and all the equipment one could possibly need to make a massive meal for the whole family.
