"Stay was very good. Only complaint is that the beds were uncomfortable and breakfast is always the same and average not much variety. Property is closed to everything and only 10 minutes away from the beach."

"Perfect house for our family! We had everything we needed for beach days and to make our meals on the days we ate at home. Great location - five minutes to Trader Joe's and Publix, very close to Siesta Beach and Lido Beach. Christine was available to answer any questions and made sure we had everything we needed. We would stay again if we come back to Sarasota. "

"Great location, very kind and helpful owners. The price is right. However this is a bare bones motel. Older carpeting and fixtures, in need of major overhaul. The “continental breakfast” is really just boxes of cereal and milk. But there’s a Publix across the street for anything you need. If price is a major issue then this is fine. Very comfortable mattress by the way! "
