Top Forest County Historical Society Hotel Reviews
Crandon Inn and Suites
10/10 Excellent
"The hotel was quiet and the beds were very comfortable. Our room was clean and stocked with all the necessities. Breakfast was very good and included cheese omelettes, scrambled eggs, sausage patties, make your own waffles, fresh fruit, cereal, juice and assorted bakery. Staff was extremely kind and helpful and kept the dining area stocked and clean throughout the breakfast rush. Will definitely be staying here again."
"The hostess was very friendly as soon as I walked through the door. The room was very clean. Plenty of hot water for a shower and the room was super quiet. The breakfast in thw morning was also very good and well stocked. The only very tiny complaint I would have is there's no USB plugs for charging electronics. There's outlets which I used but I didn't know my power adapter was bad so my phone was charging very slow and was only at 62% when I woke up. Like I said is a very tiny complaint."

"If you aren't afraid to get your hands dirty, this is the perfect spot for a weekend getaway—the location is superb, the views are simply breathtaking, and guests have access to complimentary kayaks, rowboats, and a wooden pier. It is also a wonderful place for anglers. Although I didn't have the opportunity to fish myself, I am an avid fisherman and was absolutely delighted with this place. I highly recommend it to everyone. An added bonus was the lightning-fast communication with Kris!"

"Perfect setup for 4 adults and 5 kids. It had everything we needed and having pool access was really nice. Quiet up here during the winter, but still plenty to do and see. We hope to visit again!"

"My wife and I enjoyed cabin immensely. We like that it is very quiet, and watching the wild life that comes around is amazing. We do enjoy the sauna, it helps us to relax and destress from our everyday lives. The cabin is very clean and extremely comfortable."
