I needed a place to stay for a couple weeks between selling one home and buying another. I have a small dog I wanted to keep with me. Baymont fit my needs perfectly. I liked their pet friendly policy and their complimentary continental breakfast choices. Their maid staff was excellent. I would stay there again.

Great bang for the buck.
Overall, very clean. Its hard to be perfect, so I'll say this. You are getting more than you pay for. The a/c made a fair amount of noise, but cooled better than 90% of hotels I've stayed at. The price was the best part. 👌

The person who checked us in talked to us through a computer screen. We had to do all transactions through a machine. Everything is in terrible condition and dirty. We booked a nonsmoking room, and the first room they sent us to was heavy with cigarette and marijuana smoke scent. The second room also smelled of cigarette smoke, and it smelled of “dirty sock syndrome” and mold from the A/C unit. Felt very uncomfortable safety-wise while there. We toughed it out long enough to get brief sleep and got out.

Although the room was sufficient, the cleaning staff did tidy up the bathroom but did not fix the bed, and I don't mean changing the linens. Although I got to the Inn early the person on the computer screen said they would be an additional $30.00 charge and did not explain the reason why. Finally, I had to check out early and again the man on the screen asked me why, which was none of his business but he could not authorize the refund for that night. He had to wait for the manager. I find that unacceptable that only one person on staff could do the refund action.

This was the worst -EVER!! I was the only one checking in and it took 20min because the guy was new. We passed an occupied rm that had bullet hole in the glass and worst of all- there was a roach on the wall when we got in!! Beds hard as a rock

DO NOT STAY HERE. Real rating is -10
This was the worst hotel I ever stayed in. I have stayed in some really shady areas in inter cities in my life. The rating must be manipulated. It should not even be on hotels.com. The clerk was the best part. He was professional. It went down from there. There was criminal activity going on, drug dealing right out in the open. The room below mine was out of control. Loud music and smoking All night long. I called the front desk and got no response. The next day we had to deal with a family matter and when we returned, the room below ours was grilling outside the room. The smoke and lightning fluid was in my room. When I went to check out immediately, they said they would only charge me for the one night. Nope, they changed me for two. DO NOT STAY HERE. Use the holiday inn up the road. That’s where we moved to.

The bed was very hard the pillows same The handicap bathroom was great but the toilet is pretty tight against the wall so my wife had issues moving Staff during the day was awesome they 100% ladies were great price was great

Musty and mold
We checked in and went to room to get shower before heading out to family event. While my wife was showering the tub did not drain, then found that bath sink didnt drain either, when i went into bath area to check tub out i notiiced mold on all walls in shower area. The room smelled very musty. Went to office the gave us another room, so we packed all our stuff up and moved to other room. The bathtub drain was slow in this room also, then through the night the a.c. unit started to drain water on the floor inside the room. I threw several towels on the floor to try to keep from flooding more of room. By morning now the whole room was very musty smelling. Luckily we were leaving that morning and will never stay there again. One of my worst experiences ever. On check out mentioned all above issues, their response was thanks and come again. Almost as this was normal for them.

Im not sure how this property has such great reviews… First let me say the staff and house keeping were excellent! The property however is a rundown motel. The walls are paper thin so you can hear everything, like the tv/conversation in room next door sounds like it’s in your room. The door was gappy and you can hear everything outside and light from cars parking comes through. The worst problem was whoever was next door was chain smoking and the smoke filled our room the entire stay. Nothing like being in the shower and still smelling smoke…. The bathroom is older with a lot of rust and dirt around the seams of fixtures etc(the whole room actually). The bed was horrid, it was extremely uncomfortable and felt sunk in. I understand lodging is limited for this area but I think expectations should be a little more realistic than most the reviews posted.

Better options nearby...this place isnt worth it..
Room was clean enough, bathroom door didnt latch or lock and tub barely drained. Fridge worked well, onsite staff was nice. Kiosk person was indifferent. I am still waiting to hear about getting my cash deposit returned. I will not be staying here again.

It was horrific not at all what the photos portrayed ! People were outside watching you go in and out, smoking weed, super loud and very thin walls, bugs in the room one came out of the shower nozzle (millipede ) paint peeling, rusty equipment . Would never ever come here again absolutely unsafe and not even CLOSE to what the photos portray online

It is an ugly hotel. The breakfast was mediocre. And my daughter was so heartbroken that she never got to use the pool. They closed very early and open very late so we couldn't use the pool.

We stayed for two nights. It was a pretty good experience. It was mainly a place to lay our heads for the night. I wasn't amused with the kiosk check in. It didn't feel welcoming. The beds are very hard but they worked. We didn't need room service. Actually we saw very few workers. I was struck off guard with $100.00 fee for possible damages etcetera at check in. It's supposed to be refunded. I even looked before I booked because I have ran into that before.
