The staff were warm and friendly and room was nice and clean. It was a little difficult to find as it has a doorway leading up to reception on the first floor. However, it is also right in the middle of town which was great.

"Manager left us waiting until 2am without a room as our. booking reference didn't work at the self check in terminal.
