The self-serve breakfast consisted of waffles, Cheerios, toast, coffee, tea, apples, bagels, orange juice, cranberry juice, and the homeless folks that happen to sneak in. Housekeeping was top notch.

Very fast and easy check-in. We stay here several times a year for V.A. doctors appointments. Lots of food and shopping near by. Plus Brookfields Restaurant is next door with great food.

My name is Robin Clarkson and my stay was horrible. I am disabled and was treated terribly. I would never in my life stay here again I would rather sleep on the sidewalk. The front desk customer service was the worst I have ever experienced and the way they talk to you is beyond rude and they treated me as a bother and had no consideration or compassion. This place needs to be shut down and I am going to take this further. They kept my deposit stating I smoked in the room and I don’t smoke. The rooms are filthy and outdated. Microwaves don’t work and they state full breakfast but only serve watered down old coffee and sour orange juice. They haven’t heard the last of me.

Not handicap friendly
I requested a handicap room. And it seems as though there is no s shortage of handicap people because they two me every single time they don't have any available. Which I have come to find out is wrong. Can't quite pin point the train went, because I am viable handicap. And not giving me a room with a handicap shower is not only dangerous but it is also cruel.

Roaches and they didn't give me a disabled room until my last week or so I stayed there. I paid thousands.. .. Thousands of dollars to this hotel and it wasn't till the last week I stayed there that I was given a disabled room to accommodate my shower needs.

Be careful what you ask for. ¿
Had been staying here for a while, was fine where I was, accept the fact that I'm disabled, and they wouldn't give me a disabled friendly room. So then they decided to move me to the other side of the building to a disabled friendly room. Well, be careful what you all for... There where cockroaches all over in this room, Fighting neighbors, dirty room. Not happy, not happy at all. Was charged 2x for the stay, and to top it off the front desk girl was so disrespectful, so disrespectful. And now I have to fight with, I don't even know who, to get just my over charge reimbursement, that's not including fighting for some kind of compensation for the discomfort as well as the multiple charges on my card for.

We chose this motel for it’s convenient location and low price only. It was very dirty inside and out with extremely limited amenities. There isn’t a breakfast as advertised, all rooms must share one microwave, it’s in a really bad neighborhood, there isn’t an elevator, there was trash in the parking lot, the hotel is noisy, there were cockroaches, the air conditioner was broken, their were bed bugs and a strong smoke smell in the rooms even though it’s supposedly a nonsmoking motel and a high $200 deposit for a $70 room. Would not recommend.

It works if you need a place to sleep. The property appears in a state of disrepair and there were cockroaches spotted in both the rooms I had (mine and kids). This was a decent place back in the 1980s, the last time I stayed there. Now, I’d probably go to the Motel 6 across the street next time.

Nice stay.
The staff was kind and helpful. The room was comfortable. The room had a little wear and tear, but not out of the norm for a popular hotel. There are no elevators for the second or third floors.

The light bulb over the mirror was burned out and I could not see to shave or prepare for a mrrting. The front desk attendant said there was nothing he could do. I had to use the restroom in a nearby church to get ready. The only microwave was in the office and there was a 3 person line to use it. Vagrants were smoking around my parked car when I went shopping at night.

It was okay
I decided to book this hotel because it was the most affordable one during a festival weekend, when all hotels shoot up in price. For it being a motel, it wasnt too bad since its cheap. I didnt have any problems, the room smelled a bit weird but it was manageable. Wifi was surprisingly good, i brought a console and was able to play online with no problems. Mini fridge was functional and tv worked. I did encounter 2 cockroaches in the bathroom, so keep that in mind. The deposit was unusually high especially for a motel, $200 and not in cash. I did receive my deposit back 4 days after checking out. Area is also a bit sketchy but i encountered no problems. Overall, if it is all you can afford, book it and hopefully you get lucky with a room with no cockroaches. Its a good place just to sleep, but if you have a bigger budget, id suggest you go to a nice place
