Charming Cottage with Large Garden, Near Spa and Ski Resorts
Detached 70 m² cottage, ideal for spa treatment. Close to the Fontenoy marina and a few minutes from the Bains-les-Bains spa resort (8 km, specializing in Rheumatology and Cardiology). Groceries and a doctor are 200 m away. The owners own a second cottage, No. H88G001364, Gîte de la Rosière. Épinal is 35 km away. Gérardmer (lake and La Mauselaine ski resort) and La Bresse (Hohneck) are 80 km away. Single-story detached house.
Ground floor:
- 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds, 1 baby bed).
- Fitted kitchen opening onto the living room.
- Bathroom.

Aerothermal underfloor heating.
Outdoors:
- 20 m² terrace with garden furniture, built-in barbecue, parasol, and deckchairs.
