The residence is entirely ski in / ski out. Pedestrian access to the station is also facilitated by a staircase. All the apartments in this new residence are south facing and offer a panoramic view of the Aiguilles d´Arves and the Meije. There is a shuttle bus service currently running between the residence and the center of the resort. Apartment equipment: This apartment on the ground floor offers a warm decoration. The south orientation allows to benefit from a pleasant light. At the back of the residence: one indoor parking space is reserved for you. On the garden level, you have a ski locker with boot dryer and direct access to the slope. The apartment consists of a living room opening onto a terrace and the sublime view of the Aiguilles d'Arves. The living room offers a lounge area with convertible sofa - dining room and an equipped kitchen. A first bedroom with its own bathroom is equipped with a double bed (140). The second bedroom has a queen bed and shares a bathroom with the sleeping area and its pull-out bed (queen bed once unfolded) . Finally, a separate toilet completes this property. The cleaning service is included and cover the rental of bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning. PETS NOT ALLOWED. WIFI. NON SMOKING APARTMENT.
