Completely renovated in October 2018, this apartment on the 1st floor of a small two-story building has a large south-facing balcony with views of the Pyrenees. In a decorative spirit "chic chalet", it combines authenticity and modern equipment. Composed of 2 bedrooms with 2 double 160 beds and 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds (sleeps 4). 2 bathrooms with shower (1 walk-in shower) and 2 WCs including 1 separate toilet. This apartment also has a sauna. A fully equipped kitchen (oven, induction hob, dishwasher, washer-dryer, fridge / freezer, microwave, etc.) with its dining area. A cozy, cozy and bright living room equipped with a pellet stove that will light up your evenings.

Vehicle parking is available across the street.
Ideally located in the heart of Font-Romeu, 300 meters from shops and restaurants.

A REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OF 650.00 EUROS (in cash or by check) WILL BE REQUESTED ON ARRIVAL AND RETURNED 10 DAYS AFTER YOUR DEPARTURE.

Superbe appartement, à quelques minutes à pied de rue principale, spacieux, cosy, propre, bien équipé et propriétaire comme agence très réactifs. Juste une petite remarque pratique : appartement pour 8 personnes mais nombre de couverts (petites cuilleres/fourchettes) un peu juste et peut être manque t il une grosse cocotte pour des repas familiaux express lorsque l'on rentre d'une journée extérieure. Mais par ailleurs, très très bien.

Fête de Noël et nouvel an

Séjour de 12 nuits . Pour skier, randonnée. Aucun problème pour skier neige a volonté et surtout avec du soleil . Pour la randonnée également pas un seul jour de pluie. Un vrais plaisir et tout le monde a pû en profiter.

Séjour estivale très agréable

Logement idéalement situé à quelques minutes à pieds du centre-ville tout en profitant du calme. Appartement très bien décoré et fonctionnel. Le sauna est un vrai plus après une journée de rando. Nous avons passé une quinzaine estivale superbe!

Logement pour mi-saison, à fuir en hiver.

Le logement pourrait être très agréable. L'aménagement et la décoration sont très sympa, mais ....il y a un gros soucis d'isolation. Impossible de tenir une température décente. Pas d'isolation, pas de double vitrage sur les menuiseries. Le vitrage d'une est cassé. Les poignées sont rafistolées avec des fils métalliques (attention aux doigts). On n'arrive pas à sentir la chaleur fournie par les radiateurs..... Autant de détails qui nuisent à la bonne appréciation de ce logement. Il pourrait être super si quelques travaux étaient réalisés. Impossible de se passer de la chaleur du poêle, il faut veiller à rester à proximité pour en profiter. Attention à la consommation des pellets, seuls 2 sacs fournis. Je suppose qu'en mi-saison ou en été, ce logement devient beaucoup plus agréable. La conciergerie est agréable et reste à l'écoute.

Plusieurs points à recoir

A notre arrivée, le ménage était plus que douteux (toilettes et sols dans un horrible état). La conciergerie a vite réagi même si il a fallu relancer… nous avons relavé les alaises à notre arrivée car pas utilisables en l’état. Le chauffage mural dans la chambre des enfants ne fonctionne pas, 2 « grille-pain » sont nécessaire pour qu’il fasse bon dans la chambre (ce qui est moyen pour la sécurité) La rambarde du balcon est branlante, dangereux pour les enfants et enfin il n’y a pas de bol pour la cafetière filtre donc inutilisable.

Nice apartment, but hard to communicate

The apartment inside is nice and 3 bedrooms are all good size. We had a hard time communicating with the host/concierge during the stay. I only speak English and pretty decent Spanish. A concierge sent me a message that her colleague would meet us for check in, but he didn’t speak English so we had a broken conversation in Spanish to get into the apartment. We needed help with the heater the next day and I didn’t get responses from the concierge over 2 days. Just make sure you message the actual owner/host if you need something.

Deco très sympa et grand appartement fonctionelle mais 1er arrivant de la saison (le 25 juillet) et odeurs nauséabondes dans les salles de bains, fuite et cloques au niveau des douches, simple vitrage,2 fenêtres avec vitre fêlée, volet troué dans une chambre qui ferme avec du fil electrique, pas de papier toilette en arrivant, pas soir rouillée, etandoir à linge avec une roue en moins, cage d escalier des annees 60, pas de mode d emploi du sauna... . Rapport qualité prix non satisfaisant pour font romeu. La propriétetaire nous a gentiment proposé de nous rembourser l intégralité du séjour mais nous n avions pas le courage de changer d appartement...super conciergerie pour arrivée et départ sans soucis

Bien mais....

Les photos sont conformes à l'appartement joliment décoré, belle vue et calme, stationnement facile, literies confortables. Cependant, quelques améliorations seraient les bienvenues : meilleur éclairage dans la cuisine et coin repas, ustensile de cuisine à compléter comme un égouttoir pates (seules 2 petites passoires à manche existent) pour passer les pates ou laver les légumes.... La TV est fonctionnelle uniquement si pas de vent ! On a manqué de chance, 2 premiers jours trop de vent (ce n'était pas une tempête !) ce qui a déréglé l'antenne réceptrice et aucune réception. Donc il a fallu s'estimer heureux d'avoir pendant quelques minutes, le troisième soir une image sautante ou uniquement le son jusqu'à l'écran noir puis plus rien pour le restant de la semaine! (vidéo transmise à la conciergerie) - box uniquement internet. Donc prévoyez lecture et ordinateur car en altitude le vent doit être fréquent quand-même. Poêle (cheminée) bienvenue car simples vitrages et avec des températures négatives, cela a fait beaucoup de bien ! Jour de l'arrivée, réception appartement ratée : l'appartement n'était pas prêt pour 16h00 convenu malgré notre appel pour prévenir que le GPS prévoyait une arrivée à 15H00. Donc 1h d'attente avant 16h (pourquoi pas puisque nous étions en avance) puis 30mn d'attente pour cause de nettoyage de l'appartement... La localisation de l'appartement se situe en contre bas de la rue commerçante. Propriétaire et conciergerie réactifs aux messages malgré les résultats obtenus pour la TV et passage unique de l'antenniste le surlendemain de notre arrivée.

Des déconvenues

Quelques déconvenues à l’arrivée. Les sanitaires non conformes au descriptif de la réservation ( 1 wc au lieu de 2) et le lave-vaisselle en panne. Nous l’avons signalé dès notre arrivée en demandant à changer d’appartement. Ce n’est qu’a la suite d’un mail que la propriétaire a enfin, en milieu de séjour, proposé un dédommagement..Une offre soumise à conditions que nous n’avons pas pu accepter. Cependant c’est un très bel appartement avec une décoration moderne et élégante, une très bonne literie et une cuisine bien équipée. Quelques améliorations seraient souhaitables :un verrou opérationnel dans l’unique wc . Les lourds volets sont difficiles à rabattre une fois ouverts, l’évier de la cuisine ne ferme pas et un spot est à remplacer dans l’entrée.

Très bel et spacieux appartement., lumineux et chaleureux. Neuf donc très propre. Très bonne literie, très bien chauffé (poêle à pellets très apprécié) , équipement ménager complet et neuf (jolie vaisselle en nombre suffisant), très bien meublé , mention particulière à la déco sobre, chic et moderne. Bonne situation dans Font Romeu (nécessite d'être véhiculé pour accès aux pistes). Un très sympathique service de conciergerie, l'équipe est au petits soins. Nous recommandons cet appartement pour un séjour famille en Cerdagne, une adresse à retenir sans aucun doute.
