It is south facing, panoramic view overlooking all the plateau of Cerdagne with 180 degrees view of the Pyrenees, Canigou mountain range until Sierra Nevada. In the city-centre, shopping facilities are 200 m away by foot, and the aerial lift 500 m away. Spacious and bright, it combines harmoniously blond natural logs, bleached white panelling, grey tint old wood and white rustic coating. The carefully decorated combines rustic and modern furniture, mountain painting and modern lighting. 45-sq.m cathedral living room with picture window of 5 m of hight, very bright and sunny, with fireplace with hall that can be closed by a window pane and heat recovery. Open plan black granite kitchen, fully equipped (double door fridge), induction hobs, microwave and oven, and a dishwasher. Each bedroom, 5 in total (4 with double bed, 1 with 3 single beds), has its own separate bathroom with toilet (4 bathtubs and 1 shower). Amazing view, good ammenities, being the jacuzzi, tv room and pool the most appreciated.
