It measures 120 m² and can accommodate up to 10 guests. It comprises an attractive living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms (with shower and bath). Wifi (ADSL connection), sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises \- Bedroom 1: a master suite with a queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite shower room \- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200) and a bunk bed (sleeps 2, 90×190) \- Bedroom 3: one queen-size bed (160×200) and one bunk bed (sleeps 2, 90×190) \- Bathroom with bath \- Separate WC \- A 20 m² south-facing balcony to enjoy the fine weather 1st floor \- A 37 m² living room with two sofas, pellet stove, dining area, balcony access, TV \- Open-plan kitchen with appliances including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. \- Separate WC \- 12 m² south-facing balcony with table and chairs 2nd floor \- A mezzanine with children's area, TV, Wii games console and relaxation area For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
