Appartement bricolé et mal equipé

L'appartement est loin d'être refait à neuf : disons plutôt bricolé ni fait ni à faire. Des rallonges de rallonges, un sol horrible cache misère mal fini impossible à bien nettoyer, salle de bain hors d'âge, des recoins impossibles à atteindre, une cuisine de brique et de broque (même pas un ouvre boîte ni de couteau à pain), un système électrique des années 70, un porte manteau brinqueballant, déco douteuse, un tencarville cassé et immense, pas une seule accroche pour les torchons et serviettes..., Ce qui rattrappe un peu c'est la présence d'un peu d'équipement récent (matelas). Rentabilité maximum.
