"The room was beautiful - all stone. Well equipped with coffee machine with plenty of pods, large bottle of water each day and a fridge, hairdryer and toiletries. Excellent digital check in and room key. Breakfast was great - at the restaurant adjoining the hotel. Could not fault our stay."

"This Villa is lovely and far more coY than the pictures might suggest. The outdoor space is excellent and it is well equipped throughout. The owners, Miquel and Maria, were really accommodating and responded to messages promptly. A small welcome package was included, which is a rare touch these days. The pool is fabulous and 10m long so great for swimming, although some might find it difficult to because you can only get out at one end. Location is excellent, with a bus stop to Palma etc at the end of the short drive. Walkable to Pollenca and supermarkets. Taverna across the street. Price for this is the traffic noise, but this wasn't too bad.Picky points... Single beds in two bedrooms reported as uncomfortable by those using them. Master bedroom fine for us. Crockery was not clean. Perhaps because of poor washing by previous guests, but many items in the cupboards were dirty. Doors are all stiff and therefore hard to open and close without banging, which can disturb others. Also, main bedroom starts to smell musty if aircon not running regularly (or ventilated if you can risk the mosquitos!) as the bathroom has no door, but again, not a game changer.Overall, lovely villa in great location with responsive owners. We'd definitely be happy to stay again."

"Perfect landing after a hot and long journey. Right on the main square so the location was perfect. Caught the bus from Palma, got off in Pollença and walked maybe 300 yds. Easy to find. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Would highly recommend."

"Overall, a clean, well-located hotel with excellent housekeeping and a lovely roof terrace, but breakfast service was inconsistent and rooms without balconies may feel overpriced. Pros: * Extremely clean, with excellent daily housekeeping. * Great location near restaurants, the square, beaches and marina. * Quiet despite a busy pub across the road. * Excellent roof terrace with all-day sun, especially useful for rooms without balconies. * Well-managed towel replacement. Cons: * Breakfast was good but bakery items weren’t very fresh. * Breakfast service was inconsistent, with tables often not being prepared. * Restaurant/breakfast staff were unfriendly and unwelcoming. * Expensive if your room doesn’t have a balcony - we felt a little “second class”. We liked the hotel for its location and have particular praise for the housekeeping team, but breakfast service and value for balcony-less rooms could be improved."

The pool is a decent size and has a lovely area for sunbeds where plenty of shade is available if wanted The villa itself is comfortable and had everything we needed.Easy to walk into town and two supermarkets only about a mile away.Port e Pollenca about 10 minutes by car."

"Very well presented and well equipped property. Roof terrace not overlooked and a small balcony off one of the bedrooms. Hosts communication excellent. Property sits in a quiet residential area, no parking close by but can drop off. Not an issue as we didn't hire a car. Public transport good. A trip on the bus to Formentor recommended, from Porto Pollença. Plenty of good restaurants, although the town starts to wind down after 10 p.m. Explore and you will find the bars , meeting places and restaurants the local use. A place to walk, eat, drink and enjoy. A return trip is in the cards."

"The villa was very comfortable and clean. The pool, garden and outside area was very relaxing when outside. The bedrooms had everything you needed and the air con was a bonus in the heat. Can't fault it and looking to re book for next year Location was great for walking into town and a short drive to the shops and beaches. No complaints."

"Pollenca is beautiful and this villa is only 15 minute walk to the centre and 15 minute walk to Lidl supermarket. Traditional farmhouse style with 2 cute chickens wandering round, pond with frogs and lovely pool and jacuzzi. I normally like modern style but did really enjoy the traditional style if this villa. Fabulous outdoor areas with bar 2 large tables shower toilet and sauna. We were a group of 9 ladies ages from 20 to 61 and we all loved it."
