Wonderful property with a few caveats. The amenities are great, and the location is ideal for St Mary’s. The apartment is large and parking safe and easy. That said, the bed is very hard and pillows aren’t great. The vents also hit directly on your face in the bed, so that was hard to get used to. I would stay again but only if I brought my own pillows and blankets

The hotel appeared to be under construction, with yellow tape hanging everywhere. The front desk sells snacks but didn't take cash (and was a bit rude about it). The gym has no sauna and the hot tub isn't very hot.
The breakfast was great and the room was clean. It's right across from the Mayo Clinic, a convenient walk across the street.

I stayed here two nights while preparing for surgery on the third day. Our room was clean and quiet at night. Air conditioning worked well. Staff was very pleasant. Breakfast was typical, offering basic protein and carbohydrate choices. I met several other individuals connected with Mayo’s exemplary health care delivery system. It was conveniently located for the multiple LYFT rides upon which I depended. Very positive experience. Thank you

"Jessica was more than welcoming and made sure everything was set and perfect for our last minute stay in Rochester. House was in a great location and even the snow was cleared from the driveway so we had no issues getting in. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. Thanks again!"
