Nice location in downtown Hyannis. Property appears to be updated in some areas and not updated in others. Room was clean and perfect for our one night stay. We had the AC cranked up and it cooled the room very well and wasn't super loud like some hotel ACs. I have stayed at Comfort Inns around the country and the free breakfast at this one really left a lot to be desired. Nevertheless, it was a decent stay for the money.

The property was well-maintained and nicely decorated. We spent a hot afternoon in the pool and enjoyed the harbor view. The room we stayed in was a double and was comfortable. There was one real problem, however, in that the bathroom had a very strong mildew smell. The odor was so strong that we had to keep the door closed and spend as little time in it as possible. We think the shower curtain was the source; we saw some mold and mildew spots on the bottom of it.

Pretty inside property and outside pool could’ve been better/ cleaner. They should have staff coming around to check pool. There was a bandaid in pool and lots of bugs. Should be skimmed often. I was there from 1-6 pm and it wasn’t attended too. Also I was supposed tbere was no music playing at all being its a margaritaville resort. Rooms very nice and clean and comfy beds. I think a complimentary continental breakfast should be included for the price. Everything from the water park to arcade is pay separately. The waterpark although is discounted for guests to 30$ still expensive for 4 kids should be included while staying at the hotel as a nice perk. Overall was nice to experience.
