Great hotel everything was Excellent, checking in was easy employees was friendly for my first time there i will most definitely be coming back.... also it was very reasonable in price, close to everything in the downtown area and walking distance as well, parking was reasonable in all this will be my first pick always as long as there are available apartment rooms. I would most definitely tell you book your rooms here first.

Booked this for the pool and central location. It was great to be inside swimming around, watching all the people coming & going from PPG arena, lol! The hotel is close to everything, a short walk (highly recommend The Speckled Egg in the Union Trust Building. Delicious brunch and coffee, wow!) or you can catch a bus to explore further out. Hotel is clean, nice room. Got an upgrade with living room, it was gigantic! So very nice to spread out. Fairly quiet for being downtown. Friendly staff. ++++ for the cookies!

Very quiet, great location downtown, very close to PPG Paints Arena. Nice rooms.

Registration, breakfast and checkout were as expected. The room was large and roomie. But the bed was placed so it overlapped the dresser. The drawers were useless. We could not open the drawers wide enough to put our clothing in. Additionally, the bed was almost inaccessable because of the dresser placement. Room 413 stay away from it...

Five star hotel a block or so away from one of the bridges crossing the river directly to PNC Park. Perfect location, very nice place. Certainly our “go to“ when traveling to Pittsburgh. You won’t be disappointed.
