The check in process & instructions are very easy & clear. The hotel sent you access code ahead of time not like others wait until the last minute. Hotel location is very close to train station and close to shops and restaurants.
Hotel even provide 2 bottles of water and coffee/tea downstairs for you free to drink.
I will recommend this hotel and definitely stay again.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel—everything exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome with their warm and attentive service. The check-in process was smooth, and every team member I encountered went out of their way to ensure my comfort.
The room was beautifully designed, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was especially luxurious, making it easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep. I also appreciated the thoughtful amenities and the peaceful atmosphere throughout the property.
One of the most unforgettable highlights was the breathtaking Swiss mountain views. Waking up to such stunning scenery each day truly elevated the entire experience and made my stay feel even more special.

"There is absolutely NO airflow in the rooms. They are designed to keep you warm, not cool. The still air was about 77F and unfortunately I am one of those travelers who needs either cool OR moving air (ie a fan blowing) otherwise I get very nauseous at night.
