Barnett Reservoir. The master is on one side of the house with a king bed while the second and third bedroom are on the opposite side with queen beds. The full kitchen is equipped to cook or for you to bring in local food. We offer a smart TV in the large living room. There is a grill on the large porch in the private backyard. The house is in a cul-de-sac and a quiet residential neighborhood. Long and short term stays welcome at this cozy home. There is no mailbox for this property. The local Post Office provides a PO Box for $48/3 months. We provide you with a starter pack of items for the house. We do not provide restock items. \*\*Guest is required to sign a Rental Agreement. Security Hold $300\. Hold to be processed by Host on Guest's Credit Card. See Listing and Rental Agreement for details. Min age is at least 24 Years of Age.\*\* We do have some rules in place: No smoking in our property - $500 charge if we find evidence of smoking including the smell of smoke in the property No events or parties. You will not be refunded for your stay if you have a party and are asked to leave early. There may be up to a $1,000 charge for any clean-up or broken, destroyed, or stained items as a result of a party or event. No pet is permitted on the property nor visiting animals. We will charge an additional $150 per animal if you bring in an additional animal into the property. If you bring an animal you claim is a service animal but does not fit the ADA's requirements, we will report you and there can be a penalty up to $1,000 and up to 6 months in jail. We take this very seriously. MAINTENANCE AND ISSUES: Please report any maintenance needs for the premises to us and we will respond as quickly as possible. While I was attending conference meetings, my family was able to enjoy the area. This home is located in a quiet neighborhood close to grocery stores and restaurants. My family spent many days fishing just ten to fifteen minutes away. The furnishings were nice and comfortable, and the home was equipped with everything you would need for a comfortable week.
