We offer a smart TV in the large living room. One king sized bed and the second room has a queen bed. The fully equipped kitchen is completely stocked so you can come & enjoy our terrific restaurants or choose to create your own masterpieces. You can even enjoy your lunch or dinner on the back porch. The house is in a small subdivision. You have a one car garage & two more parking spots in the driveway. No street parking. Please only flush toilet paper in the toilet - no wipes flushable or otherwise. The pipes cannot tolerate wipes and it will result in a plumber coming to the property with the guest being billed. We provide you with a starter pack of items for the house. We do not provide restock items. \*\*Guest is required to sign a Rental Agreement. Security Hold $200\. Hold to be processed by Host on Guest's Credit Card. See Listing and Rental Agreement for details. Min age is at least 24 Years of Age.\*\* House Rules: No smoking in our property - $500 charge if we find evidence of smoking including the smell of smoke in the property No events or parties. You will not be refunded for your stay if you have a party and are asked to leave early. There may be up to a $1,000 charge for any clean-up or broken, destroyed, or stained items as a result of a party or an event. Pet policy: Maximum of 1 dog under 20 pounds allowed and must be over a year old. No cats. Host is highly allergic to cats. Well trained dogs only. Use of piddle pads is not accepted. Pet must be crated when left alone. Pet is not allowed on furniture, beds, linens, throw blankets, or throw pillows. No aggressive breeds allowed per our insurance. The backyard is fenced. Non compliance to our pet policy will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund given. No visiting animals. We will charge an additional $150 per animal if you bring in an additional animal into the property. If you bring an animal you claim is a service animal but does not fit the ADA's requirements, we will report you and there can be a penalty up to $1,000 and up to 6 months in jail. The house was perfect, the living room is comfortable enough to watch TV as a family. The house is near the Rez, a nice area. We also were in town during the MS book festival, very highly recommend. The host was terrific. She checked in to make sure we were comfortable, I sent her a msg when I missed trash day, and she messaged me that my daughter left her tablet. She went above and beyond and returned the tablet to my other daughter. Her responses were very quick, within minutes. I would 100% stay at this house again. ##### Linda W.
