"Im Grunde fast schon ein geheim Tipp dank verstecktem Garten; Dachgeschoss Wohnung war modern und gut ausgestattet: nur das Bad/die Dusche war viel zu eng; zwischen Dachschräge, Duschvorhang nur sehr zweckmäßig. Genauso wie die Küche: sehr einfach eingerichtet. Aber: der direkte Wasserzugang mit dem Tretboot und den Schlauchbooten war schon sehr genial; genauso wie der große Garten. Leider fehlte es an vielen Stellen an Pflege und dem Blick für Details. Insgesamt ein schöner Wochenend Urlaub...

"Das Apartment ist großzügig und sehr sauber. Die Lage sehr ruhig, abgesehen von dem E-Traktor der Kinder, der wirklich wunderschöne Musik spielt. Das war das einzige Manko, ansonsten ist die Wohnung wirklich schön. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man so braucht, die Betten sind bequem."

"Aber trotz einer großzügigen Gartenanlage wirkte sowohl das Apartment als auch der Garten vernachlässigt und nicht gepflegt. Die Wohnung war nicht sauber, teilweise waren Spinnweben in den Ecken, Balkon und Terrasse waren ungepflegt, Tassen, Teller und Geschirr mussten wir nochmals spülen um sie zu gebrauchen."

"Durch eine Überschneidung bekamen wir ein schön gelegenes Ausweichquartier. Groß gewachsene Leute, müssen auf die Dachbalken achten.Die zusätzlichen Angebote, z.B. Schlauch- und Tretbootnutzung auf der Naab konnten wir leider nicht nutzen, da wir tagsüber dienstlich unterwegs waren. Alles in allem hat es uns gut gefallen, gerne wieder."

The spacious layout was perfect for our family of four, and we loved enjoying breakfast on the large balcony while soaking in the serene views, The nearby forest trails were great for morning walks, and we even took a short drive to relax by the lake, The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home, Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind in nature!"

"Great layout on the second floor. It is all on one elevation which was nice for getting around and not having to go up and down stairs once at the property. O3 was very clean and spacious. We stayed 2 nights and would be good for longer stays. "

"The apartment is furnished in a very cozy manner. The entry into the living room area was nice. There is a TV, a couch and a chair. Very cozy for evenings. The main bedroom was comfortable. We did not use the extra bedroom, but there was a single bed and desk. It had cookbooks in this room. They were fun to go through. "Perfect place to stay in Weiden. I was able to walk to restaurants, stores and go for a long walk. The room had AC which was a plus during the hot summer season. I appreciate the the fact that it had a cosmetic mirror. Smell things in life that makes your stay. The staff was friendly. Would stay there again. "
