Terrible Management
We booked this location months in advance for a family vacation. We had family coming in from all over the US and the morning of our check in they CANCELLED our reservation due to “construction”. With no attempt to make up for the huge inconvenience and disappointment. We were all displaced and VRBO and evolve (the property management company) handled the situation terribly. Don’t book here unless you are willing to risk having your party completely out of luck. I can’t speak to the location or the actual property since we obviously didn’t get to stay here but I would venture to guess if the management is that poor the property isn’t much better.

This property might sleep 14 but not enough room for 14 to enjoy. It was not good for 6. Seating was not good very uncomfortable and some were even dangerous. The hall bath the pedestal sink was loose. The heat was too hot in bedroom and cool in living are. But it was secluded and we did enjoy our stay1

Family Meet Up
This is a lovely property with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our large group. The kitchen and living area are spacious and the bedrooms are a nice size. The outdoor space is fantastic with a back porch that has 2 porch swings, a firepit, hot tub and pool. Our family truly enjoyed our time together at this home!

Lovely Oasis
Had a girls weekend getaway here, and we were delighted! The pool and hot tub were great to spend time, and we also enjoyed the outdoor seating around the fire ring. Home is super comfy and has everything needed to cook and enjoy each others company. Loved our stay and would recommend! LaVincent was a great help to us also!

There Was Even a Cat!
We had a fantastic stay in Florissant. The house was even bigger than expected and we all loved relaxing in the hot tub under the stars! We even had a furry little friend come to visit. Immediate 5 stars for a cat lady like me!

Guy’s Hunting Trip 2022
My brothers and I along with a couple nephews and few close friends spent 3 relaxing nights at this property while on a weekend hunting trip. The accommodations where as advertised and between the main house & guest house there was plenty of room for the 11 adults in our party. We would like to Thank the property owner for allowing us to stay and would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in this area.

Great for family vacation
We did an extended family vacation here. Slept a lot of people, we loved the pool and hot tub. Spacious house. Could use a deep clean (windows) and little things fixed like holes in wall/ paint scrapes, fill shower amenities, broken blinds. We had a couple of problems due to heavy rain and the property manager was very responsive and came over to fix right away. The guest house smelled musty and may have some moisture issues that need fixed but it was really nice to have for the extra space. If you are looking for a high end rental this isn’t it but it fit our needs and was nice enough. Location was great. 30 minutes from downtown St Louis. Country feel within the city.

Good for a weekend meet up spot
Although this was in an odd location (mansions across from falling apart houses), it worked for what we needed. We ran out of toilet paper and only had 9 people in the house not 14 which is the capacity. There also weren't enough utensils, cups, etc. We bought our own. Also needed to buy paper towel. Water filter is great and the kitchen remodel is nice. However, the floors and furniture look way better in the photos than in real life. The check out instructions in the email we got didn't match the book at the house. Including more details about the grill in the listing would be good because we also had to run back out to get charcoal and lighter. Some of the bedroom furniture was very used while other furniture pieces had store tags and price tags and wrapping still on them. Again, it worked for what we needed but it was lacking some of the basics we have come to expect with vrbo rentals.
