"The room keys did not work properly and after a few times it finally worked. The other option was no receipt at checkout very strange. The property had a lot of homeless people in the area. Capital and waterfront was close."

"Not the best area of Roseville, a lot of sketch guest, I would say not very safe for children. Very dirty, felt like it was a truckers motel. Front desk was pleasant and the pool was little above average. I would never stay here again. If you look for very cheap hotel this is always an option."
