Property is very close to interstate and 15 minute drive to downtown Sandusky for ferry access to Put-In-Bay, Kelley's Island or Cedar Point. Dog friendly room had wood flooring which was great. We called ahead for 1st floor pet friendly room. Great value for the price.

My twin sister also purchased a room but her shower had black mold in the caulking. She had to come to my room to take a shower. She googled black mold and spores can be released from the caulking. The front desk said that the hotel was booked and could not move her to another room and had to wait for management to see if they could give her a discount.
