Amazing hotel. We had a lovely first floor corner room with direct views of the canal. Gorgeous window on two sides opened fully for wonderful evening breezes. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The staff was lovely and always willing to answer questions. I would stay here over and over again!!!

We were very happy with our room at the hotel. It was larger than expected and quiet. We had been worried about noise since the hotel is above a large restaurant but it wasn't a problem at all. The location was great as it is right on the main square and thus easy to get to all the sights and shops. We also discovered the shuttle bus from the train station which has a stop very near the square. Since we were all over 65, the shuttle was free.

"Shamefully Ryanair delayed and changed the flights and landed us in OOSTENDE, at 4 am!!! The person at the night desk was very courteous but couldn’t do anything about my wasted and paid reservation."
