Bathtub drain screen was filthy. Not been cleaned in awhile. Full of hair, etc...There was also a screen in the sink and that was also full of debris. Sink would not drain for 5/10 minutes after use, smelled very bad. Pool was under renovations. I called prior to booking inquiring about the pool and breakfast. Was not told pool was unavailable. This hotel was chosen for the pool because we had 2 children with us. Don't see anywhere on their site, pool is under reno! Main room was standard and seemed clean. TV was not working, cable was missing. Staff immediately fixed it, after a call to front desk. Breakfast was over at 9:00 AM on Saturday. Was not told this at check in. Meal at dining room was good and reasonably priced.

We stayed 2 nights for the Eclipse, very disappointing pool STILL closed( why don't you list pool closed on your site!!) It's a dated hotel that they seem to be updating,our room seemed clean and bed comfortable,but furniture was worn,light fixture on bathroom had duct tape holding it,and Burnt out bulb. We had free breakfast scramble egg,fried potatoes,cereal,toast coffee was ok. Staff was friendly,and seems to try,no remote for the 25 inch tv,but next morning man from desk brought us one. We paid 5 star prices and got 2 star value ( really no pool) The Eclipse viewing was perfect

Listing is NOT what it says it is
The property is under construction but unfortunately this wasn’t listed anywhere on hotels.com. The “pool” room wasn’t heated nor was the pool itself, had construction debris everywhere and was overall not safe to be in. The pictures of the pool are clearly dated from a time when it was properly maintained. Despite the listing claiming there was a restaurant, there is not. Just a printed sign saying “coming soon”. The food at breakfast was inedible, the bread had a best before date 3 months prior to our stay. The listing shows “renovated rooms” despite most of the rooms, including the one we got - something straight from the 80’s. No smart TV’s as listed & the TV that was there didn’t have a functioning remote. Linens on the bed were soiled and stained upon our arrival. The bathroom was dirty and their appeared to be feces on the wall behind the toilet. Bathtub didn’t have a functioning plug. The bathroom amenities had already been opened and used prior to our arrival. We checked out a day early due to the unsanitary nature of the motel and general disrepair of the building. At best, the listing is deceptive and written to portray what the property may one day be when they finish the “renovations” they claim to be undergoing. When we checked out early and were refunded the second night we were told the nights were “already discounted” due to the renovations, but it’s not worth the price they are charging nor do they disclose the property is under renovation.

Staff was very helpful and the new owners are removing the entire property. The end vision for the hotel will be great and during the renovations the staff are doing everything they can to make the guests stay as pleasant as possible. Will certainly be back

I booked a room with two queen beds but the room they gave me has one queen and a pull out couch. The pull out was FULL of dead flies. We switched rooms to one with two queen beds, but the TV had no signal the whole time and the wifi kept cutting out. We slept on top of the covers as well because of the pull out couch in the first room and froze because the heat didn’t work and only blew out cold air. Terrible stay!

The restaurant is not open. Closed for renovations. Bathroom was needing care. Lightbulbs in the vanity were of different types. 2 warm white and one blue light. Paint in 2 colours, needed to be finished being painted. Bed and pillows not very comfortable. The gentleman who checked us in was very kind and helpful.

The hotel is being renovated by new owners. Breakfast is minimal, restaurant is not open and pool is closed. Rooms were reasonable. However we booked for a king bed and Got a double? Not impressed. Should be a great place once they get everything done, but call first and check up on the status.

The view was lovely. Upon checking in you have to call a number. No convenient eating. Upon check out you need to call a number and no response. Room was tidy although sheets and box spring stained. Esthetically thd too.needef eork.There were a few bugs we had to get rid of in the window and in corner of wall. Open packet of creamer for coffee. Around the back garbage was spewing from bins. Not close to the hwy.

Tv wasnt working, they wanted to get the carpets professionally cleaned while we were in there. They called after we left to tell us that we had to leave? Very weird. Had dinner at 153 and their hotel seem MUCH better

This place is OVER RATED and shoud not be on your site. It need major renovation and even at half the price this still be too expnesive. My most dissapointing experience for a long time and I dont recommand anybody to go there.

Ok, I am going to be nice about this. However please understand I will be expecting and looking for two things. 1. I will be cancelling my return date next weekend and I am not sure but I surely do not expect a cancellation fee. Maybe it is not there anyway. 2. I expect either a full refund for money back. Here is why. 1. The room was actually dirty. I have alot of pictures. 1 a. From when you enter. The carpet was stained in multiple spots, and actualy dirty. Bugs left on the floor. b. The bathtub was dirty. c. The chair was actually ripped up and all the coating was falling off. that didn't even bother us. d. We opened a drawer to the desk, there was actual some sort of dirt. e. there was food left in the fridge. f. the freezer was cold at best. it allowed our ice packs to thaw. Not great news for our food for the next 8 hour journey. g. the AC would not cool the room. h. The bed linnes were dirty. We slepped on top of them. AMENITIES a. The pool area was filhty. THere was beer cans and trash piled up in a corner, a water garden hose feeding the pool. the lining looked ripped. b. BREAKFAST- oh my. I booked this hotel based on the description of free breakfast. I looked at the pics and the dining room looked nice, I saw a hot station and cold station and chose this motel based on that. Misleading to say the least. 1. The station was dirty. It had shared condiments as in a shared cream cheese container. Two loaves of bread. Some other random honey, jams

I had a great experience considering how cheap it was. Yes the room was old but it was clean, comfortable, large and everything worked. Staff was friendly. Included continental breakfast and nice shampoo and soap for the shower.

I have pictures of towels with holes, wires out, dirty counters ripped couch holes in walls and I paid 414.00 for two nights. I couldn’t believe how awful this place was.

Spacious room, but you get what you pay for. Worst hotel stay we ever had. Check in was very long and we were the only people at the hotel at the time. Electronic key machine didn't work so clerk fumbled around to find a physical key. Hotel was run down and seemed to be a one person operation. No one ever at the front desk, even when we went to check out. Swimming pool and area was run down and dingy. Poor breakfast with no coffee and no attendant to make some. Will not go back.

Hotel is ok for an overnight stop. Room was large and clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast is very basic - cereal, yogurt and bread. Staff is only there certain times of the day. I guess because business is slow. My biggest issue with the hotel was the wifi. It was very poor and spotty. Since I was there just one night I got by but if you rely on a good wifi connection for netflix or to do work forget about it. I actually had to use my data hotspot to get some work in...

The Inn was quite acceptable for a stop-over. The only issue we had/have is payment for the room as we seem to have paid both the Inn and Expedia. This may be easily Resolved - not sure yet

Le lit et les surfaces étaient propres et le personnel sympathique. Lit très ferme. C'est Ok si on arrête une nuit en route, mais on voit que c'est vieux: plusieurs marques d'usures indélibiles. Nous avions eu la chambre pour moins de 100$ sur internet donc c'est ok, je n'aurais pas payé plus pour cette chambre.

Chambres grandes avec lits queen en bon état. Mal situé, presque aucun service aux alentours. Pour un prix de moins de 100$ tout compris ça vallait la peine mais au-delà, vaut mieux aller dans un Hotel.
