"Breakfast staff on the day that I was there was extremely rude! Other than that this place was great! Location had everything around it"

"The chairs in the dining area looked worn and ragged. A new pot of coffee took 30 minutes to get refilled. Most of the staff were very nice. We felt everything was clean. The pool room was hot, and the water was cold, not heated. There wasn’t any body wash, only small bars. The room was nice. I guess I expected a bit more from Comfort Inn. I’m not sure I’d stay at that hotel again. Maybe?"

"Ice machine broken. Furniture in bad shape and needs replaced. Never made beds or cleaned room in 3 days. 2 days breakfast trays were empty at 8:00am. First room door wouldn't shut and lock so had to move. Biggest complaint was Expedia showed they have airport shuttle but after waiting a long time and no one came I called and was told they don't have one anymore and I was on my own! Uber cost $30 each way and management wasn't willing to compensate at all saying it was not their problem. Only good thing I can say is the bed was comfortable and a pretty good location. NEVER going back!"

"Check-in was quick and easy, but unfortunately we found roaches crawling on the table in our first room. We informed the front desk, and the employee handled it professionally by checking the room and quickly moving us to another one. The second room was cleaner and we did not see any bugs, although there were still some maintenance issues like stained sheets and damage to the walls. Overall, the staff was helpful, but the hotel definitely needs better upkeep and pest control."

"My husband and I loved this hotel. It was so clean and all staff were friendly. The beds were very comfortable and of course getting complimentary dinner as well as breakfast is always a treat."
