Cute privately owned Cabin On Wilson Lake Is located in a beautiful lakefront Resort area with Pool, Boat Rental, beach area, plus clubhouse area can be rented for large events. Our cabin can accommodate small family reunions or gatherings (extra cleaning fee will be applied. We are approximately25 mins from Muscle Shoals Alabama home of Legendary Muscle Shoals Sound & Fame Recording, 30 Mins From Florence Al home of the University of North Al. and WC Handy Festival and many other music venues, approximately 15 mins from the beautiful Robert Trent Golf Course The Shoals.
This fully furnished home requires you to bring only your clothes and food. You can relax on the screen porch with ceiling fans or step down a few steps and enjoy grilling. A few steps away and you are on the dock, ready to fish, boat or just relax. There is a boat ramp on resort property and you can tie your boat up to our dock right in front of the cabin
Features a very equipped Kitchen with granite countertops, 2 story Great room with large stone fireplace, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 1bedroom(Queen -Size Bed) on the first floor with bath, 2 bedrooms (one with a queen & one with 2 twins) on the second floor with Jack and Jill bath. There is a couch and Love Seat in the great room.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and loved the peace and quiet! The views are beautiful and Lori was great to communicate with. The screened in porch is so nice and they also have a nice hammock and fire pit available. We will definitely want to stay here again!

This was the perfect cabin, we went specifically to fish and the dock was outside the back door which made it nice to sit in our chairs and just relax while we fished. Loved the beautiful cabin, the screened in porch, and the hammock in the back yard. The community was a wonderful safe place to walk and enjoy a relaxing time. We will be back!

Everything about this cabin was perfect! The pictures honestly don’t do it justice! Beautiful scenery- especially from the rockers on the screened in porch! Hostess was excellent to work it, and even let us know about a nearby eagles nest to check out while we were here. Will definitely be back!!

Weekend Getaway

The house was very clean and in a beautiful location! You dont have any neighbors on one side so that gives you a little more privacy. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds are very comfortable. We enjoyed our trip very much! Lori has been available to answer any questions and has been a super hostess! Do be aware if you have stayed at Doublehead before, it’s not quite as easy to rent boats and golf carts as it used to be. We went off property to a marina to rent a pontoon boat for the day, which we had done before right there at the resort. We couldn’t get anyone to answer the number provided. Turned out fine and was not a problem at all. We brought a canoe and kayaks and put in right behind the house. There are some small rock ledges at the waters edge that made it super convenient to put in. Wonderful weekend with family!!

We loved our stay at this lake house! The cabin is the first one as you enter the property and probably the most private because of that, which made it feel peaceful and tucked away. Inside, everything was spotless and comfortable and the bed and pillows made for a great night’s sleep.Lori, the host, was wonderful, very responsive and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed for a great stay.The outdoor area was absolutely beautiful and so relaxing. The sunsets over the water were picture-perfect. We can’t wait to come back for a longer weekend with our boys and pups to enjoy it all again.
