The woman at the front desk was very thorough and took time to explain the questions on the form I had to answer, the security deposit, checkout time and crediting the deposit back, etc. It was a lot of imformation but she kept it from not being overwhelming

needs alot of updateing phone would not work wires hanges out of ceiling bed look like someone had done sleep in it the bathtub had no plug you had to take shower only there was no COFFEE pot or breakfast outside of room the building was very dirty

It was an ok stay. A little outdated. The smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling. There was no lock on the bathroom door. We couldn’t find the ice machine. The vending machines didn’t have much in them.

Breakfast is no longer included, which was a surprise, and disappointing, seeing as this was part of the reason we stayed. Wires were exposed and furniture was stained...I would avoid in the future!

I recall that free breakfast was listed in the information on the hotel. There were signs stating that this was closed due to Covid. But plenty of places are doing breakfast. Also 2 years into the pandemic listing a free breakfast is false advertising.

Had a non-smoking room and went outside to smoke. Was asked by several staff members what room and if I had been smoking in the room. Attitude was given and assumption was made but was not the one smoking in a non-smoking room period.

Please remove this place from your listing! I counted at least 10 roaches in our room. Management was not surprised when I reported it, and did not apologize. Hotels.com says they serve breakfast. They do not, the manager said they never did. They are not worthy of 1 star. Dirty, unsafe; a man sat in the back parking lot when we arrived in a vehicle with busted windows. I ended up parking in front, tho our room was in back. They are extremely over-priced. We will never come back here. I spoke extensively with the manager, but he could barely speak English, and seemed totally unconcerned. This was our worst stay in 20+ years of traveling. They owe us a full refund. G & S Yoder

We booked a king bed. When we arrived at 2:30 p.m. they have given away our room. Check was at 2 p.m. They had the lobby locked, had to go to a speaker. Could barely hear the lady due to construction next door. She was very rude

We were staying the night to go to a ball game in Cincinnati the room was in bad condition staff bad condition staff was friendly but I was really was really upset that the room was in bad condition and they had no condition and they had no coffeemakers out

Wow. Not sure this "Inn" should even be listed in Expedia. It's pretty much a one star establishment. The only good thing about it was the price, which considering, was not all that great. Room smelled like cigarette smoke. Site still advertises breakfast, which they no longer serve, even though other motels in KY have restarted. Room fairly clean, and had a small microwave and fridge.

Ummm, Well … my stay never actually happened! I checked in and then… I just left and went to another place. My booking was non refundable, so I didn’t argue it! I will post pics… My Discrimination… Blood splatter on the walls White crusty stains on the top comforter (Some of which were very fresh and wet) Extremely dirty mattress Vomit under the bed Holes busted in the doors But on the plus side I didn’t see a single cockroach, although I didn’t stay long enough! Customer service was amazing, they lady that checked me in seemed like a very nice lady-ish! So to each there own I guess! If I could name this place …. I would call it .. “prostitute central of Florence Ky!” Personal advice… if have you have no other choice … ask for new sheets at check in! Or bring your own linens. Place isn’t as advertised!

This hotel was gross. It smelled like heavily sprayed fresher to cover up smoke smell in a non smoking room. The ceiling was falling apart and blood on the walls. I also felt like I had bugs all over me at night.

We booked a non smoking room and it definitely reeked of smoking. My wife found a live roach in the morning after we had spent the night here. There was a towel wrapped around the plumbing clean out in the bathroom evidently to catch a leak.

You get what you pay for
Room was clean but had very obvious wall repairs and the toilet wasnt mounted down! Lady in the office wasnt polite by any means then later refused to offer extra towels. It wasnt as terrible as some other reviews lead you to believe, but certainly did not exceed my expectations.

Check in was easy and the lady at the desk was very nice. Our room was dirty....hair on pillow cases and they were unclean, Bedspread was soiled with stain spots and the room had a odor of cigarettes even tho it was suppose to be a nonsmoking room. The receptionist was kind enough to refund our money after we discovered the condition of the room. I do not wish to stay at that hotel again. We went to a nearby hotel that was much cleaner. Staff needs educated on appropriate cleaning of rooms,

It was very clean, and the employees were all very friendly and easy to talk to. I would highly recommend that property to any one that is planning visiting the Ark or the Creation Museum. Also great prices. Great price for families on a budget.

It felt dirty. The floor was sticky. The bedspread had tons of burn holes. It was nothing like the pictures online. The lady that checked me in was not welcoming at all.. Overall not horrible, but, not what what is advertised as.
