The lady who serviced the kitchen and food area was excellent. She worked hard to keep it clean and stocked and was accommodating and pleasant and anxious to please.

I liked the fact there were lots of restaurants in the area and the community looked clean. I did not like that the breakfast was over at nine on Sunday morning. Also, the hallways to get to the elevators is very narrow. We did have an issue with the sink in the bathroom not draining; however, the front desk man had it repaired in no time!

The property is under renovation but it was never mentioned until the night before we arrived. And it only mentioned business center but it turned out the lobby too. The room heating unit is noisy, and elevator. The soundproof is not good. And the worst is it never mentioned anywhere that the hotel is used as shelter. Stuff is hard to find. We and other customers waited for 20 mins for front desk staff showed up

Hello,We was 1 of 4 hotels in our city being used to house over 200 local families that were displaced from their homes due to an apartment fire. We worked directly with the Red Cross to help these people in need providing food, clothes, and supplies. We will not apologize for helping these people in their time of need.Regarding renovations, it is posted on all websites that we are doing work at the hotel. Good quality stay for the price
My family and I have stayed here twice now. I have tried other hotels in the area and have decided to return to this hotel due to its convenience to restaurants and shopping, plus the price and quality of the hotel are unmatched. The beds are comfortable, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast is not just continental but has hot options as well, such as omelets, sausage gravy and biscuits, and other well-liked items. The hotel is currently under construction, but there is not any noise to speak of that I experienced.

Everything was good, I picked this property because it had a fitness room. I get a text 30 min before check in that these isn’t one. I checked in and there is one so I make it work. While there I find out the fitness room shares a wall with guest room and I work out early and was disturbing there sleep.

WORST Holiday Inn
WORST Holiday Inn, in the nation. Under construction so very loud, couldn’t check in on time so when we were able had to wait for 30 other people and 1 hour past normal check in time. Went to breakfast at 8:50 and they were already cleaned out and juice machine was shut off. Employees here do not care.

Checkin took a very long time and the staff at the front desk were quite rude and unwelcoming. Much of the hotel was under renovation, which we were aware of prior to booking, but the room we were placed in was right outside of the renovations and it was loud during the day. The AC unit in our room made a very odd noise for the entire duration of our stay. However, the room was clean and spacious and the staff were nice at checkout. It was ok for a one night stay but I would not want to be there any longer. The experience might have been better if we were in a different room.
