The Mapco next door had a lot of traffic which made us a little uneasy after dark. But outside of that little concern we were well please with all of the accommodations and would stay there again

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and spacious room with a super comfortable bed. Yummy breakfast. Easy check in/out with the Hilton app. Parking and location were convenient.

Only issue is they we’re doing construction on a first floor room and it was very loud in our room on the fourth floor. This was only in the day time. Otherwise the stay was great.

Great facility. Only issue was they were doing repairs around ice machine which backed up to my headboard. Started working before 8. I was hoping to sleep in

I was pleasantly surprised with my room, and the property in general. Our room was very nice and clean. Breakfast was very good, and the staff kept everything stocked in a timely manner. The staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, especially Nichelle. We will be coming back to Florence again in the coming months, and I am sure we will stay at this hotel again.

Friendly Greeter. Clean Hotel. Clean Room. Comfortable. Quiet. Only complaint was worker at breakfast. He kept coming to tables and talked to everyone until they finally had to get up and leave. Was asking personal questions about my husbands health. He was annoying and honestly we should have stopped and reported him then. Several customers rolled their eyes to him but I’m not sure if anyone took time to complain - they just left breakfast. We left and took food back to our room.

Being remoded which is ok. We had handicapped room. Shower leaking under wall into bedroom when used. Probably will b temodeled and fixed. However may cause an allergy probably because of mold issue's under carpet

I liked everything about the property. The receptionist informed me of renovations on the floor above us. However, I was none the wiser; very quiet.

There had evidently been lots of pets in our room and since I’m allergic to animals my throat closed up and had trouble swallowing coughed all night and left EARLY to get out of the pet dander, etc. As soon as I got in our vehicle I started improving greatly. The rooms need a DEEP cleaning for sure. Issue with water in tub. My husband had to pry it on and then dripped all night. Don’t have these issues at other places we stay even if they are pet friendly.

Convenient location and staff were all amazing! Property needs renovation. The tub in our bathroom had a little rust in it. Upon exiting 3rd floor elevator, there was an awful small we've noticed. Room is smelling dusty and pillows were not fluffy enough. Needs renovation most definitely

Staff is warm and welcoming to it Guest. Warm chocolate cookies were delicious in welcomed during checking. Unfortunately had a few room issues. Room AC was not properly working and not cooling as it should. Additionally the bathroom is the need of updating the tub needs to be replaced especially when you can see rust around the ceramic drain pipe! Overall not a bad stay.
