If you do smoke we ask that you please do so outside and away from the doors. Please pick up and properly dispose of butts. Any evidence of smoke inside the home will result in an immediate charge of $500 plus any additional cost of remediation. There will be additional cleaning charges for not cleaning up cigarette butts. Biohazard Cleaning Fee: For health and safety, a $100 cleaning fee will apply if vomit, fecal matter, blood, or other bodily fluids are documented by the cleaners on floors, bedding, furniture, or in common areas. We offer a 15-min grace period for late check-outs. After 15 mins, there will be automatic $50 charge for unapproved late check outs. Lastly, while we have regular and excellent pest control, our climate can provide the conditions for an occasional bug sighting. Lots of space for us! Big TV next to the comfy bed upstairs that my son loved. The bathrooms are very clean. Floor and kitchen were also very clean. Huge yard. The view out the windows is really beautiful. It's about 18 minutes from most attractions and restaurants in Chattanooga. I didn't realize the other VRBO rental they mention on the property is actually attached. We could hear their TV and muffled talking in the last bedroom down the hall, so we didn't use that one. We had an amazing time! The home is actually better, roomier, and nicer than it seems in the listing. We had a bonfire one night which was a lot of fun. It's very conveniently located - close enough to everything, but quiet and private. It has a well stocked kitchen & comfortable beds. Carrie was great with communication. The only thing that I would recommend would be to get the potholes in the driveway fixed. I drive a compact SUV and was able to avoid hitting the really big one, but it was close. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by several issues. The property listing was not entirely accurate, which led to some unexpected problems during my stay. I tried to communicate with the renter about these issues, but our conversation didn't go smoothly. As a clinical mental health counselor, I understand the importance of constructive communication, but it seemed like we had different expectations. Despite the challenges, I hope the renter takes feedback seriously to improve the property.
