Top Flint Hotel Reviews

Nexstay Grand Hotel & Conference Center

8/10 Good

"Basically room was clean. The A.C. Unit was kind of loud. There was almost no traffic noise."

Residence Inn by Marriott Tyler

10/10 Excellent

"I was between three different hotels when I booked this one and I'm so glad I did! It's located down a side street so there's no direct main road noise, which was part of the reason I chose this hotel for fear the road noise would keep us up. When I tell you I've never stayed in a hotel so quiet... we still can't believe how quiet it was, and it wasn't for lack of people staying there - the entire parking lot was full! There was ZERO road noise, no noise from people opening and closing doors down the hall, no noise from people at all. The AC isn't those annoying ones by the window, it's an actual thermostat with vents and an air return so it's not kicking on and off all night long keeping you up. The room was HUGE! From the kitchen to the living space to the bathroom. Huge. Staff was extremely nice. Check in was quick and easy and she was super friendly. The only other staff member we encountered was Whitney at the bar area and she was very nice! We spoke to several other people staying there and most of them were people passing through on business that stay there over and over again. We did not have the breakfast, I can't give any information on that. 10/10 recommend the hotel. So much so that we will be specifically looking for this brand of hotel when we stay places from now on."

Postcard Cabins Piney Woods, Outdoor Collection by Marriott Bonvoy

8/10 Good

"The staff was amazing! We had trouble with the smoke alarm going off several times. There first time was the night we arrived. All we had to do was reset it! There next time it went off was at midnight, we reset it! The third time was 6 in the morning, we couldn’t get it to stop. The alarm was hard wired, we couldn’t just take out the batteries. We had texted the number of the management and they responded very quickly. We were offered another cabin, but we did not want to pack up and move in the dark. We had two workers come out at different times to check the alarm-seemed like it was working well. Unfortunately, it went off again that night while we were sleeping. The cabin and surrounding area was peaceful and serene, set back from the road, very relaxing-just the lack of sleep due to the alarm was frustrating. The staff was always quick to respond, friendly and helpful. Would definitely go back."

4Br home near Lake Palestine, Fenced Yard, Pet Friendly , Spacious Garage

10/10 Excellent

"We thought we were going to be on the actual lake a few blocks off and new homes taking over the view still very quiet and secluded. Had a great stay. Ro was easy to communicate with and when our pet sitter backed out last minute she kindly took our pet deposit without missing a beat."

Little Reata at Lake Cabin Escapes w/ private Hot Tub & Fire Pit, Perfect Romantic Couples Getaway

10/10 Excellent

"Amazing little getaway spot. Me and my lady really enjoyed the tranquility. We will definitely be back soon. The host Debra was awesome"
