There are loads of amenities close by for an ideal holiday for all the family or group of friends. Long term rental available. A really peaceful and relaxing location away from the hustle and bustle of the busy locality, suitable for guests looking for a quiet vacation yet close to the centre of the lovely town. Few minutes away from the apartment there are local restaurants, public transport and taxis to visit other parts of the island, a chemist shop, local shops and a well stocked supermarket. There are several places where you can book excursions to visit other parts of the island. Mauritius has lots to offer visitors although it is only a small island, there are lots of places to explore on foot or by car. It is a volcanic island surrounded by beautiful sandy coast to soak up the sun , to swim, to take a boat trip to visit nearby islands, mountains to climb, jeep safaris, zip lining and restaurants dotted around serving delicious local dishes to tempt your tastebuds. Relaxed to the max
My partner and I stayed here for a fortnight, We had an early morning check in, Bala the owners brother met us with the key's and showed us the in's and out's of the apartment he was great. The apartment itself was clean and spacious with fully equipped kitchen. The pool was big enough, not crowded which was good. The location was perfect, only 5-10 minutes walk to the beach, restaurant's and supermarket. Overall when we come to flic en flac again we would definitely stay here.

Very good apartment in a very good location.
We had a very enjoyable stay at this very well equipped apartment in Flicen Flac.Bala was very helpful and was able to answer all our questions! Our only negative impressions were that the swimming pool would benefit from a complete tidy up, and the 4 sun beds and 6 lounging wooden boards are not enough for the amount of people using this pool!

Great apartment
Lovely apartment in a nice complex, not too noisy, and very clean (cleaner visits twice a week). The apartment is very well equipped, spacious and the air con in the bedrooms is a God send! Nice to be on the ground floor, though not directly by the pool which meant that it was peaceful. The pool is a good size and we often had it to ourselves. Security staff manned 24 hours which was reassuring (and useful if we had any local queries!). Short walk to local shops. We would definitely stay here again (and we have stayed at a number of places in Flic en flac over the years). Useful points to note - the wifi is limited and ran out after 10 days (but we are heavy users). Also, if you don't want cockroaches to fly in, keep your outer doors and windows closed after dark (and buy some cockroach spray to zap them if you do - this was the only time we saw cockroaches which are common in Mauritius). Tourist tips - we visited Casella and petted lions (well worth a visit). Snorkeling is good at Flic en flac beach (go to the end near the Spar) but if you want an even more amazing snorkeling experience, visit Blue Bay Marine Park - amazing! Thanks Ravin and Manda (and special thanks to your brother who waited for us to arrive when we were delayed) :)

Home away from Home
Manda was easy to contact and communications was swift, she helped with any queries I had prior to departure. I Arrived at apartments and was greeted by Bala, a really friendly guy who showed us around the apartment and how to operate TV , Wifi and the Water Heater. The apartment is full kitted out with a Flat screen TV and cable, I found the Wifi to be really hi-speed and streaming was easy. The kitchen has everything you need, and there is also an iron and iron table. Made good use of the swimming pool and Flic en flac beach and restaurants are only 6 mins walk away, plenty of off road car park space, both the apartments and car park are monitored 24/7 by on site security guards. The apartment is air conditioned and also has accordian steel grilles as added security and internal safes which are free. You can also use the landline telephone for local calls free. There is a maid who comes 2 times a week and keeps the apartment spotless. Plenty of charge points for iphones/ laptops / camcorder batteries. If you are looking for UK standard apartment with all your UK essentials in Mauritius, this apartment is for you. I would definitely use these apartments again and recommend. Thanks Manda & Ravin for great service and apartment.

Perfect place for relaxing holidays
In June 2017 we spent 2 weeks in this well equiped, comfortable apartment, enjoyed the pool round the corner and the short distance to the ocean (5 minutes on foot) The apartment offers all you need for some relaxing holidays and is situated perfectly, so you can reach all the interesting parts and sights of the island within short time. Wonderful days at Les Orchidees in Flic en Flac Mauritus!
Our family rented an apparent in Les Orchidees for 10 days. We had a wonderful stay over Christmas and we spent many hours at the long white beach 150 meters from the house. But since we are pale Swedes we were also very grateful for the beautiful pool in Les Orchidees. There we could have a quick bath when we needed. The apartment was very clean, well furnished and fully equipped and had two nice bedrooms with separate bathrooms . We cooked in the nice kitchen and hade most of our dinners out at the terrace outside the living room. Some evenings we went down to the street along the beach and had dinners at an Chinese restaurang. The apparent and the garden was Christmas decorated so we did´t miss our Christmas tree and the snowy winter at home. Now we are back again in Sweden with - 10 degres, but we look back to our wonderful vacation with lots of joy. Thank you Manda for giving us all the information in advance so we felt secure and also a big thank you to your brother Bala that greeted us when we came and helped us with all our question. We hope we can come back next year! We can really recommend your apartment to friends and relatives!
