"We were shown so much care, kindness and attention throughout our stay. Every team member: reception, admin, restaurant, kitchen, maintenance and cleaning were consistently friendly, helpful and professional. They worked hard and always had a smile on and enquired about our experience each time. The location was perfect: just a five‑minute walk to a beautiful part of the Flic en Flac lagoon, ideal for early‑morning swims and snorkelling. Breakfast was varied and generous, with cooked options, pastries, breads, cheeses and plenty of tropical fruits, plus extras like boiled eggs, pancakes and omelettes. Dinner changed nightly with cultural themes; I especially enjoyed the vegetables, salads, calamari and desserts. A few small improvements would help: boiling water at breakfast for tea, better coffee and water jugs at dinner. Rooms were cleaned daily, towels and beach towels replaced and the shower had good water pressure. Tea‑making facilities and a small fridge in the room were very convenient. The free carpark and on‑site gym were great bonuses. Good Wi‑Fi throughout and fun Sega dancing during the week added to the experience.
