#### Outstanding location, excellent value. 

The hotel is in an incredible location, with views of the city and of the lovely bar precinct. The room is also excellent, bed comfortable, fridge and cooking facilities welcome. Bed is comfortable. You don’t need aircon - just open the window and feel the breeze.

Caen is a beautiful city and this is in a great spot. Couple amenity things that were missing (dish and laundry soap) that would have made the stay perfect.

Really nice flat after issues with check in were solved. There was no soap in the dispenser and 1/2 roll of toilet paper, and one coffee pod for a multiple day stay. Owner brought soap/toilet paper but not coffee pods. And I couldn’t get the overhead shower to work - so just had the handheld. Searched everywhere for a button or lever to pull. Instructions would be helpful. But it’s a spacious studio with a great renovation. Was very happy there. Great location near lots of restaurants and cafes. Felt safe as a solo woman. Kitchen had some basics left by other guests which was great- oil, spices, sugar etc. It has a coffee machine but I wasn’t going to buy a box of pods for one day, so went without coffee. My bike was left in the downstairs hallway which was ok, although it was quite a narrow hallway. Door was locked so it seemed secure enough. All in all, was happy staying there.

Decent small kitchen with basic supplies good for self catering. Wifi spotty at times but usable. Older property but modern conveniences.

I absolutely loved my stay but it's extremely difficult to find parking but that is mainly just an issue most places in Europe.

The unit were lacking basic provisions that we took for granted elsewhere including limited towel and toilet paper supply, instructions for WiFi were only in French, and there were no instructions for the TV, so that was essentially a non-asset. The building was charming, and the host well meaning, I believe, but be aware.

Très beau studio très bien situé à deux pas du château et des rues piétonnes regorgeant de cafés, boutiques et restos. Le studio est dans un bâtiment ancien et est donc plein de charme avec ses plafonds hauts, ses parquets de bois, etc. La décoration contemporaine vient rehausser le tout. Si vous ne voyagez pas léger, opter pour l’appartement du 1er étage car il n’y a pas d’élévateur (19 marches par pallier). Mais c’est un bel escalier tout en courbe! Seul bémol, le pommeau de la douche était brisé et les tablettes de part et d’autre du lit étaient également brisées. Un petit entretien s’impose…

#### Zentral mit schöner Sicht

Zentral gelegen mit schöner Sicht Leider für 4 Nächte nur eine Rolle Toilettenpapier sowie ein großes dickes und schweres Duschtuch und ein kleines Tuch. Das Gefrierfach müsste einmal abgetaut werden. Über die Lüftung kamen täglich Essensgerüche in die Wohnung. Trotzdem gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis

Très bel appart stylé, très bien situé, et très confortable, literie top, cuisine top+.. Point d amélioration : une table même petite pour travailler, poser son ordi, celle de la cuisine n est pas adaptée ! Idem salle de bain , rien pour poser ses affaires, les tiroirs c est pas pratique pour se maquiller par exemple! Et une patère pour les serviettes.pas grand chose a faire pour un appart parfait!

Drie nachten hebben wij verbleven in dit prachtige Franse appartement. Heel netjes en een perfecte locatie in het centrum van Caen. Gezellig druk, maar zeker niet storend. Veel restaurantjes in de buurt. Wij hebben gegeten bij Bouef en Cow, Pizza Rustica en La Casinière. Allemaal aan te raden wat ons betreft. Parkeren is wel een dingetje. Het is erg druk in en rondom de straten van het hotel en het is betaald parkeren. Rue de l’acedemie en Rue de bicoquet zijn twee straten die in de buurt liggen en gratis parkeren zijn. Dit hebben wij gedaan, maar evengoed in deze straten moet je geluk hebben voor een plekje. Wat ons betreft een echte aanrader!

Emplacement très calme et au coeur de la ville, hôte réactif lorsque nous l'avons appelé, appartement propre et très classe. Facilité d'entrée avec digicode. Franchement, je ne sais pas quelle note le robot va mettre quand je vais valider (car on nous pose des questions bizarres qui ne correspondent pas avec la location) mais moi en tous cas je mets 10/10\. En revanche je suis pour la critique constructive et, si je puis me permettre, il serait judicieux de mettre un porte manteau et/ou une chaise (pliante pour prendre moins de place) dans la salle de bain car il y a la place et on n'a aucun endroit pour poser ses vêtements ni même sa serviette une fois mouilllée... Et j'enlèverais les coussins, même si l'effet est très classe, car directement posés sur les draps/oreillers et donc pas très hygiénique. Bilan : un endroit au top dans un quartier top, je réserve de nouveau dès que je reviens voir mon fils sur Caen ! Merci pour ce moment de sérénité :)
