It is located in a residence with access to the swimming pool and tennis court. The kitchen area has 2 hotplates, an oven, a microwave, a fridge-freezer and a washing machine. The living room opens onto a terrace with a sofa bed for 1 person, a television and a dining table. The first bedroom has 2 single 90cm bunk beds and the second bedroom has a double 140cm bed. Bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC. Private parking space. Pets not allowed. The keys are to be collected from the Guy Hoquet - Saint Pierre la Mer agency and a map to the accommodation will be given to you. \~Environment\~ Residence with swimming pool and tennis court on the Hauts de Saint Pierre La Mer. Residence without lift. Saint-Pierre-La-Mer is a family seaside resort, where everything has remained on a human scale. Large fine sandy beach (5 km long) with Blue Flag status, ideal for children. For sports enthusiasts: a wide range of water sports (windsurfing, paddle boarding, kayaking, etc.), hiking and cycling trails in the Clape massif. The garrigue, with its scents of thyme, lavender and rosemary, comes alive with the song of the cicadas in summer. Curiosity: the Oeil Doux chasm, with its high, green limestone cliffs overlooking an emerald-green expanse of water.
