"Excellent "

"The room was very clean and nicely decorated. The check in staff was very pleasant and helpful. The area was good and felt safe. We were very grateful to have the option of the suite with 2 beds and a pullout sofa. We appreciated the coffee maker and refrigerator in the room. The beds were soft. The heating/cooling worked well. Breakfast options included cereal, donut holes, waffles, apples, coffee, hot chocolate, tea and juices. The only thing that wasn’t ideal for us was that there about a 4 inch step up into the room which was difficult for us to get our person in a wheelchair over. But that won’t affect most travelers. Overall we really glad to stay there and would stay again if in the area."

"The breakfast was the best! Made to order omelettes , bacon, sausage, French toast. Definitely one of the best complimentary breakfasts we have had . Also the check in staff was very nice . We stayed at a Hilton Suites in Chicago and liked it so much that we booked the chain again for this trip "
