Moonlight Reflections

You will feel like your at home as soon as you open the door to this lovely home. It is very warm and inviting with the warmth of a gas fireplace and lodge like great room. When you sit outside on the covered back porch you have mountain and pond views. You can also hear the stream running which borders the property. You have the convenience of everything just a short drive away. Moonlight Reflections is a good place to gather with your family to enjoy the comfort of just staying in to enjoy a movie, board game, or a good book in the library nook. There is fishing, golfing, biking, hiking, swimming, skiing and more. The diversity of restaurants is sure to peak your interests from Swiss,Mexican,American,Italian or just a gourmet sandwich shop all within a short 8 mile radius. For those who enjoy cooking there is a fully equipped kitchen and dining room. There are 3 bedrooms one with a queen bed, one with a twin bed and 2 twin beds in the loft like bedroom. Available is a good blowup mattress and a couch making it comfortable for 8 to sleep. whether you are getting away to spend quality time with family or a romantic weekend together, you have found the right place to stay. Stayed here to attend a wedding at Spillian. The location is very close... FYI... I recommend that you plan to drive to the venue. The home is cozy and the host communicated t/o the stay in case we needed anything. LOVED the covered porch off the kitchen... so relaxing with the creek flowing behind the property. As a bird watcher enjoyed watching the red-winged back birds and swallows near the small pond. We even briefly spotted a hummingbird!

Perfect Getaway

Moonlight Reflections was the perfect cabin for our weekend away. Filled with everything we could need and more, Kathy thought of it all. Loved the cozy feel and layout as well as the beautiful scenery. We will be return guests for sure.

Wonderful, very clean, all-season house

Stayed here for a family of 6 ski trip to Belleayre. It was very clean and well stocked, with comfortable furnishings . Enjoyed the gas firepit on the deck, which has lots of comfortable seating around it. This is a perfect all-season house. I highly recommend it. Will definitely return!

Great small house near Bellaeyre

Great home base for a weekend of spring skiing! The house was clean and a perfect low key home base. It was our second time at this house and I’m sure we’ll try to use it next year as well!

Great getaway

We had a great time at Kathleen’s beautiful yard and pond and outdoor seating area and a cozy living place with lots of beds. There’s a house quite close which you can’t tell from the pictures, but otherwise it’s exactly as listed and perfect!

Wonderful Stay in a Cozy Home

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay at the property. Kathy was communicative and helpful every step along the way. She went above and beyond to help us secure a babysitter while we attended a local wedding given we were traveling out of town. The kids enjoyed searching for frogs around the pond, and us parents loved reading on the back deck while the kids napped. Thank you Kathy!

Charming home by the water

Beautiful home that you can totally tell is loved! Kathy was extremely attentive albeit from a distance. House was well stocked and as described on the website. Loved the back deck and listening to the river. Would stay here again.

Beautiful Home in Catskill

Everything here was wonderful! They are plainly used to dogs staying here which Monty really appreciated. They even had treats by the door and ceramic food and water bowls laid out. The house is incredibly well furnished with beautiful views from every window and the deck. We will be staying here again!

Birthday Ski Trip

We all enjoyed our stay in Kathy's home while we took our daughter and her three friends skiing at Belleayre Mt. House was so close to the mountain it made it convenient to drive back and forth. Her home is cozy and clean and sits on a beautiful property with the sound of a rushing creek out back. We hope to come back again so we can experience the property/surroundings in another season.
