This property is very cute. The welcome desk location in relation to the rooms isn't ideal. It was also a little strange that guest rooms are so near public event spaces. Otherwise, a very cute and comfy place!

The property was well kept and the folks managing it seemed very nice. We had to change rooms after the first night due to a mix up with Expedia, which was only a slight aggravation. The condo was nice sized and very clean and my kids really liked it. The beds were comfy and my son enjoyed sleeping on the Murphy bed. They have nice pools and tennis / pickle ball courts and put put as well as a nice laundry facility. Overall our room was pleasant close to everything. The beach is only 2 blocks, but during the time we were there it was not really safe to walk it with children due to the heavy traffic. But there are plenty of access points with public parking areas, so we drove to the beach to be safe. Overall we enjoyed the Sea Scape and would stay again given the opportunity.

"Hotel is dated but nice. Room service could be better. For what you pay everyday the room should be cleaned each day. In addition three towels were in the room the day we arrived and only two towels weee left going forward. Also the safe did not work in the room and I asked for that to be addressed ..."
