  • Welcome to Villa Le Tiki, an elegant, air-conditioned Provençal villa of 135 m² in the heart of Flayosc, one of the Var's most beautiful villages. Set in 1,100 m² of fully enclosed, landscaped gardens with no overlooking neighbours, it sleeps up to 8 guests. The village market, bakery, restaurants and pétanque court are all within walking distance.



    Outside: private freeform pool, tree-lined garden, sun loungers and parasols, large table for 8, barbecue, pergola lounge, shaded courtyard, darts and private parking.



    Inside: 4 air-conditioned bedrooms (2 on the ground floor, 2 upstairs with independent access from the garden), ideal for two families or a group of friends. Beds measuring 180 cm or two 90 cm beds, 2 bathrooms, spacious living room with fireplace, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning with heating, Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine and tumble dryer. Bed linen and towels are provided, with beds made for your arrival.



    Explore the Verdon Gorge, Saint-Raphaël's beaches, the Dracénie wine estates, Tourtour, Cotignac, Salernes and Villecroze. The villa, pool, garden, terraces and parking are all exclusively yours. Check-in from 5 pm; check-out before 10 am.
