Facing south, the villa opens onto a beautiful, flat 1,700 m² Mediterranean garden with olive trees, mulberries, laurels, and jasmine.
Outdoors, make the most of sunny days with a private 10 × 5 m pool, several terraces, a summer kitchen, a pool house, and spacious relaxation areas with complete privacy. It’s the perfect spot for swimming, outdoor meals, and long summer evenings to the sound of cicadas.
On the ground floor, you’ll find a master suite with walk-in closet and en-suite shower room, a cozy living room with suspended fireplace, and a bright dining area open to a fully equipped Provençal kitchen. A laundry room completes this level.
Upstairs, the villa offers three bedrooms with storage, a shower room, and a separate toilet.
