Over 8 acres of lush green common areas. Newly remodeled, fully furnished condo with breezy back porch overlooking Lake Jordan and beach. Full kitchen: deep soak tub, large closets, quartz countertops, W/D, two large TVs. Canoe on the lake, fish, play tennis or take a dip in the pool. Located in the heart of Flat Rock, minutes to Hendersonville, short drive to Asheville. FREE utilities: gas, electric, cable, wireless internet, water, trash Please read, Multiple pets are welcome, however please be advice there is a $50 per stay pet fee that needs to be dealt with separately. Please kindly inform number of pets. Strict check-out policy at 11 AM, any extra time past 11 AM would result in an automatic $100 penalty fee. I felt safe the entire time and I had to reach out to the property manager 1 time because I couldnt remember the room number and she was super nice, friendly, and I was pleasantly suprised how fast she responded to me even tho it was late at night. I will be back to stay again.
