This was my 3rd trip to Jamaica, and I wanted to try something different from the expensive all inclusive resorts. After my experience here, I won't be booking resorts again. Getting a whole lot more bang for your buck with the villa booking. The property manager, Mr Davy, was very kind and attentive from the moment I landed, and stayed in touch even after I landed back home to make sure I made it back to my destination safely. He's always a quick whatsapp message or a phone call away if you need anything. The area is very quiet, and the villa was spotless. Highly recommend!

All staff were professional, courteous and friendly. They all went out of their way to grant your requests. The ambience is very nice. The electrical outlets on the patio didn't always work. Had to be creative in getting plugs to stay in. They also need to upgrade from 110v to 220v. Just kidding, but they should have something for travelers from Europe. Internet service was pretty good. Everyone in my group were pleased and would return. The tour setup for us by the manager was fun!!!! Good people, fantastic accommodations. Recommended...

We had a very enjoyable stay at Ocean Coral Spring, which offers a great mix of fun and entertainment for the whole family. The property is clean, modern, and keeps you busy throughout your trip. The Highlights: The activities here are family-oriented and excellent. The lazy river, water park, games room and bowling alley kept everyone completely entertained. There are many restaurants to try, and we especially enjoyed the Italian and Route 66 options, as well as the fantastic poolside jerk chicken. Areas for Improvement: The beach area is notably small and rocky, making water shoes a necessity. Additionally, while the main buffet has lots of great food to choose from, it gets very crowded and packed during peak hours. Customer Service: For the most part, the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and courteous. However, it did feel like one or two employees could use a bit of additional customer service training to be more welcoming. They seemed to just be having a bad day, which slightly impacted the experience, but the rest of the team was great.
Final Verdict: A fun, activity-packed choice for a family vacation, as long as you plan ahead for the rocky beach and stay patient with the busy buffet times.
