"The home is decorated nicely and is impeccably clean. It was perfect size for just the two of us but four would be comfortable as well. There are bunk beds in one room and a Queen in the other, nice comfortable pillows and blankets, & the couch is cozy and comfortable! It was nice to have the apps preloaded and signed on already on the TV. It is within walking distance to the downtown area, Niantic Boardwalk, and we enjoyed a hike on the nature trail across the street. A few minutes ride to Stop & Shop, as well as several nice restaurants. There is a gas station right across the street as well. We enjoyed breakfast at “The Shack” and purchased some fresh seafood at the “Flanders Fish Market”. The only thing I would suggest is to put a table lamp and some TV trays in the living area. Hard to hold a drink while sitting in the couch with nowhere to put it down, I was worried I would spill it so that took away from the comfort a little but not enough to effect my coming again! Next time I’d bring my lap tray. It was also hard to read a book on the couch at night with the lighting arrangement as the stairway light doesn’t provide bright enough light to read on the couch at night. A few more dish towels would have come in handy, there was one. There was plenty of bath towels and a few washcloths. Overall a very nice stay and I would visit again with a few minor things I’d bring to make the stay perfect! "

"I saw this place on VRBO and it looked amazing with an amazing view right out the bed window, and we got there, and it was exactly that, very clean, very well kept, very thoroughly renovated, and very strategically placed. View of the lake is beautiful right out the huge window next to the bed, it was an amazing view to wake up to., My fiancé whose birthday it was truly loved it and what more could I ask?"

"We rented this home for a family visit, and it couldn’t have been better. It was perfect for our group of five—three adult children and two parents. The house was beautifully designed, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed. The peaceful setting was ideal, and my brother in law especially loved working remotely from the dining table with its view of the river. Our host was exceptional—kind, responsive, and made everything seamless from booking to checkout. We had a fantastic stay and highly recommend this home. "
