THINGS TO NOTE:
- Basic starter items are included for your arrival, but these are not replenished during your stay.
- Guests are sent an electronic Welcome Guide prior to check-in with entry codes, house details, and area highlights.
- Pool heat is available for an additional fee
- A golf cart is available to rent during the stay. To activate access, we'll need a valid driving licence, proof of auto insurance, and a signed Golf Cart Liability Form. Please contact us if you'd like to use the cart so we can get everything set up. Guests will be charged the replacement cost for any lost golf cart keys.
- 1 dog is welcome with a $180 + tax non-refundable pet fee
- Driveway accommodates up to 4 vehicles OR 2 vehicles and 1 boat caravan

HOUSE RULES:
-The primary renter must be 25+ years of age, personally check in, and remain at the property for the full reservation period.
-Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the unit and in all nearby areas, including patios and balconies. Any evidence will result in a $500 charge.
- Parties and events are strictly prohibited. If there is any indication that a party or gathering is taking place, the group will immediately be asked to leave and will forfeit any possibility of a refund.
