"Great location"

"Great location .. great pool area..."

"The room was spotless, but the decor felt a bit outdated for a Hilton on the beach. Despite this minor issue, my overall stay was fantastic! I had a negative experience at a previous hotel, so I was eager to enjoy the ocean view for my birthday (April 20th). The view from the 16th-floor oceanfront room was breathtaking! I requested a late check-out, and the young lady at the front desk kindly accommodated me. The rest of the staff was equally impressive. To my delight, all the staff I encountered on my birthday wished me a happy birthday, which surprised me because I had only mentioned it when checking in. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying there again."

"There was a few large parties and a wedding going on when we were there so it was a bit more chaotic than I hoped but it was a lovely hotel and loved the open fire pit that everyone got to sit around and nobody fussed but everyone acted very professional and overall good time. "

"Clean rooms, beds clean & comfortable. Housekeeping 10+ Front desk staff 10+ for Parshan & Vivian professional & friendly and look great in uniform.Everything with this stay was great with exception to restaurant Traders. Checked in and stop by for a cocktail and there was no one, no bartender nor waitress. Not sure what was going on but we left and had great drinks at Crabby's Oceanside. Excellent."

"Beautiful ocean view"

"After 4 rooms, I was able to find somewhat of an appropriate accommodation. The first room had outlets hanging out of the wall, an extension cord going across the floor. No outlets worked. The floor was disgusting and the bedding was discolored and torn. They sent me to a 2nd room to look at and the whirlpool would not shut off. Switches were missing cover plates or no switch was present. The room was dirty and the floor looked like there was urine around the bathroom stool. Room 3 had wall lights falling out and hanging by the wire and was very dirty. Room 4 was at least clean but had several items damaged including the hair dryer hanging off the wall, the support bar into the shower was ripped away from the wall, the fan vent cover was hanging off the ceiling, the threshold was busted up and the outlet sparked anytime you tried to plug in something. I had two other individuals that were renting a room for the weekend and both had to be transferred to another room as well. Neither of them stayed the second night as the AC did not work among other safety issues. I highly suggest to stay away from this place. The pictures and reviews on line are not real! Had I been able to cancel, I would have but the owner said I could not because I booked through Expedia. Horrible service and disgusting rooms that are health hazards."
