This apartment is on the 1st floor. You occupy the floor alone. However, the landing is shared with other guests who have to go to the attic floor. Upon entering the spacious kitchen in the middle of the apartment, you can go left and right to two large bedrooms with private bathrooms. Small and cosy in authentic premises, quietly located but also centrally between villages such as Flachau and Altenmarkt This beautiful authentic 300-year-old farmhouse stands in the middle of the quiet village of Reitdorf, exactly between the better-known towns of Flachau and Altenmarkt. Both villages are 3 kilometres away and have a cosy centre with nice shops, terraces and perfect nightlife. The ski bus takes you to the first ski lift in Flachau in a few minutes. The farm is in use as a manage. Opposite the house is the stable, which makes this location perfect for the real horse lover. But the small scale and friendly atmosphere is of course also an ideal home base for any holidaymaker who wants to discover the beautiful mountain environment, especially in summer, on foot or by bike Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Unsere Kinder haben sich rundum wohl gefühlt und durften außer zur Ruhezeit immer in den Reitstall gehen, Fragen stellen, die Pferde und den Ziegenbock streicheln, mit den Katzen spielen. Reitstiefel und Helm kann man sich kostenlos für Reitstunden ausleihen. Außerdem gibt es eine Tischtennisplatte und ca. 800 m entfernt einen schönen Badesee. Das Bauernhaus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Im Umkreis von einer halben Stunde Autofahrt gibt es viele tolle Wanderrouten auch in höher gelegenes Gebirge, z.B. En terecht! Binnen twee minuten rijden (of acht minuten lopen) sta je in hartje Flachau. Supermarkten en restaurantjes zijn dichtbij, en ook andere omliggende dorpen zijn makkelijk bereikbaar.De woning zelf is echt een aanrader: ruim, modern en van alle gemakken voorzien. Een grote keuken, twee aparte slaapkamers met elk een eigen badkamer – ideaal voor een gezin met tieners.De eigenaren zijn ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kinderfreundlich mit Reitmöglichkeit. Perfekte Unterkunft abseits der Massen, Café mit Backwaren direkt vor der Haustür. Badesee in der Nähe. Küchen Ausstattung ausreichend für Selbstversorgung. Unsere Küche hatte keinen Backofen, aber eine Microwelle. Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Mixer, und Spülmaschine vorhanden. Waschen kann man im Abstellraum im Erdgeschoss. Zimmer hatten je ein eigenes Bad mit WC und Dusche. Bettwäsche und Handtücher inklusive. Eigentümerin sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, immer ansprechbar und mit guten Tipps für Ausflüge und Sehenswürdigkeiten an der Hand. Altenmarkt und Flachau auch gut zu Fuß zu erreichen (ca. 2,5km) mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Umgebung perfekt zum Fahrrad fahren, spazieren und wandern. Viele Freizeitangebote ( div. Sport, Bogenschiesssen, Fahrradtouren, Wanderungen, Bauernhofbesuch etc.) an denen man mit der Gästekarte teilnehmen kann. Es war unser erster Urlaub in Österreich und wir werden wiederkommen. Klare Empfehlung der Unterkunft für Familien die etwas Ruhe möchten und die Gegenwart von Pferden genießen. ##### Agnes P.
